Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Lumen Fold Studio. By placing an order you agree to them. Lumen Fold Studio is responsible for the products it sells; the store runs on ShopFast, which provides its technology.

Your license

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, keys or access you receive.

Delivery

Downloads, license keys and memberships are delivered by email and on your order page right after payment. Download links expire after a while; you can get fresh links from your order page.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically only when you turn on renewal at checkout, and the price and period are shown before you pay. You can cancel any time from your account or by writing to us at [email protected]; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including your right to cancel described in our refund policy.
