This policy explains what Lumen Fold Studio collects when you visit or buy, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, to deliver your order and send receipts.
• Your country and IP address, to work out tax and to stop fraud.
• Payment details, which go straight to the payment provider. We never see your full card number.

What we do with it

We use your details to deliver what you bought, answer support requests and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data.

Who handles it

This store runs on ShopFast, which hosts it and processes your data for us under a data processing agreement (shopfa.st/legal/dpa). Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by writing to us at [email protected]. We keep order records as long as tax law requires. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
